world_blocker entities spawned via Grid/MarkerBlueprintSpawner have no node & grid culling by default, unless you add specific Node & GridCullerDesc, which shouldn´t be necessary?
Grid/MarkerBlueprintSpawner are great for randomizing, so it would be very nice if all entities worked!
