How can this bug be reproduced?

first make a new tile from "Level Editor"

then go to "Workspace Editor"

copy the jungle.mission to workspace

then edit the copied file with lines add:

biomes/custom/tiles/custom001/custom001.tile { min_instances 1 max_instances 2 random_weight 5.0 }

After saving , go back to "Workspace Editor" and publish either Steam or Mod.io appear the error

attachment is all file in the workspace (tile, mission) custom.zip
