So while creating a script to compare updated files with previous version files to see which ones were updated, I copied to workspace entire folders, like "entities", to a new workspace.
Long story short, after tweaking the script for 30 minutes cause I did not understand why it was not working, I noticed that quite a lot of files are not copied, it is random, each export has different results.
It happens each time, let me know if you want more info.
Windows 10, full updates, NVMEs, no input output errors on my side, game closed while exporting. ESET av, no issues from its side, I don't have ultra security on the PC since there is nothing that can be stolen for a quick grab. Maybe the hackers could deposit some money tho :D

How can this bug be reproduced?
Launch Tools, create a new workspace. Copy entities, check for example buildings/defense, enjoy the results.
