Last Year 2023 was The Riftbreaker Tools v0.4.5682 / Cant remember Riftbreaker Version but The Riftbreaker Tools been working fine while i was doing Pump Mod

The Riftbreaker EXE: 978 DATA: 573 [Epic Game] also I did Verifying all fine The Riftbreaker Tools v0.6.6197 - World Expansion III Windows 10 Pro 22H2 OS build 19045.4717

Same as Before: \Riftbreaker\tools\ Exract bin and data_editor [I did delete bin and data_editor as outdated Riftbreaker Tools v0.4.5682] Run: workspace_editor_win_release.exe, Nothing Happen No Prompt Nothing Task Manager "Processes" [Background processes (etc) did show workspace_editor_win_release then disappear, After 3rd or 4th time of Run workspace_editor_win_release.exe Task Manager show workspace_editor_win_release but Nothing of Prompt etc

How can this bug be reproduced?

Not sure why it do not Prompt as in Loading The Riftbreaker Workspace Editor

I reboot to Safe Mode and it working fine so Reboot to Windows 10 Not working so something Blocking, Later i will turn off Windows Defender and see if it is Windows Defender or not that blocking The Riftbreaker Tools

Found the Reason as Windhawk that i use for Chrome/Edge scroll tabs with mouse wheel blocked the The Riftbreaker Tools so i not sure why and not sure if The Riftbreaker Tools can bypass to ingore Windhawk

I Exit Windhawk and The Riftbreaker Tools working fine
