Add ability to sync my workshop items to my local editor so I can modify even if I lose my tools workspace. #454

I created a workshop mod a while back and then stopped playing the game for a year. I no longer have my modified workspace and need to update my mod to be supported by the newest version of the game. Is there a way or could we create a way to sync what I have uploaded with my local tools so I can modify without having to completely recreate my workshop item? (I can't see an obvious way to do this currently.)

Think I figured it out. I just needed to find the downloaded mod location and move that into the tools location.
