found the manual

not a perfect scan (b/w) but it's complete and all is readable

I convinced Uka (who made B/W scan for OG) to re-scan it in greyscale. Result is not perfect, but it's the manual itself, it seems, not scan. Feel free to clear it as needed. Uploaded as "Ruckus Pocker Greyscale.zip"
