[ ] manual for Comanche 2 (it's mac version and has watermark "Le Vieux Manual")

added to the github folder

There is no need to have Werewolf here. It's stand-alone release, without Werewolf.

@SmilingSpectre yes, it's only the Comanche 2 manual here Werewolf is another issue: #2419

what is the status on this? I see no commanche 2 manual in the github folder

added mac manual, found in spectre's personal folder.

leaving this open for a PC manual
