I got all survived map packs for HappyLand Adventures from the author's site (Archived). Needs to be unpacked and put into MAPS folder, it seems.

I'll have to think on this one. To play the maps requires loading them on the command line... that would be a fairly large menu in order to set all that up to auto launch for people.
