Speed issue reported by Bobinator in Discord

Game is set to max cycles which is too fast. Bobinator suggested 30k cycles but I feel this is still to fast in combat judging by the speed of the fist on screen. I think 16k is closer to the mark

changed to 18k

16k seems slow for 1995.
