We have manual for Spell It Plus! which is the combination of two manuals - main one and Teacher's Supplement.
It also features 1200 DPI and B/W picture which makes such resolution totally useless, but resulting file has serious performance problems.
Unfortunately, with my tools I cannot reproduce amazing shrinking algorithms of this file - if I extract pictures, they are .png for 80MB, and resizing/packing them back gives me 55Mb in files. Well, they are fast, at least.
I uploaded both resulting files, but actually it must be remade with something more intelligent. Well, it would be better also to find normal manual, but no idea where.
