As user @Neil the Player revealed, Shuttle has several command line switches.
I checked the .exe, and found that it's four of them:
/all - immediately unlocks all missions, so skipping the unlocking it.
/demo - run the demonstration mode. It can be activated through menu in game too, BTW. Can be interrupted to the normal game with mouse click. In both cases.
/verbose - I don't know. I suspect, it has something with "Log" settings in game.
/iff - totally no idea. I didn't found any difference with this key or without it.
Maybe worth to test, and add as game option on start (at least the first one).
