Those sng files are part of this NRS hack that adds SB voice back into the intro when using MT32 and include an exe file. Ive tested and its compatible with the Rise of the Dragon (VGA) (1990)(Sierra On-Line, Inc.) [Adventure].zip file.
added launch options for cga, ega, vga and sb / mt32
The CGA is actually monochrome composite and so doesnt look great currently.
Here is a conf to switch to Staging, an exception bat file for the !dos\rdragon folder that takes over asking the graphics type, and an updated run.bat for the game folder that removes the left over echo on and dir as well as handles the user graphics choice from the exception.bat and turns on composite for CGA choice.
As user @Metalmace found, game doesn't work, if you try to work with the computer with SB selected. No idea where our version sourced from, but it's different from TDC. And TDC version works.
While I am on that, take CGA/EGA version from them too.
And the correspondent floppy images, I think.
So I uploaded into "Bugs" dir:

[ ] Note: This game uses Sierra's approach to patches: any external files precedes internal (saved in VOLUME.XXX) during loading. So .SNG files in game dir are patches for the intro. Keep them, if you'll replace our version with the new one.
