Discord user "Shodanon" found this game. It is a 3D Shooter of sorts. I did not find any guns in my short testing so no shooting for me yet. The game is not in TDC or mobygames. It runs fine in staging. It is probably from 1997 or 98. Most of the files are from around these years.
