Not exactly sure which games you are referring to without going through every single AGI game to check. SQ1, SQ2, PQ1, Gold Rush, mixed-up mother goose 87, and lsl1 are all game's I checked and had their copy of apple IIgs in them. I did not launch these, as I did the one's above.
I think you might be getting mixed up between the Apple IIGS which is in the exoscummvm collection (an example of it here: https://youtu.be/puof3EErVYw?t=82) and the Apple II which is not (an example here: https://youtu.be/SwM06NbZ2r0?t=12).
Maybe im wrong in thinking the original Apple II versions are supported? I got the idea from here https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=King%27s_Quest along with the other games noted above on their game pages
I believe that link is all platforms the game was released on, rather than all scummvm supported platforms.
The majority of Apple II Sierra AGI games I couldnt get working with ScummVM. Either I couldnt locate an image or (more usually) I couldnt extract the files from the disk image for ScummVM to read. Some examples are King's Quest AGI games, Manhunter, etc. Its also very possible that they arent supported by ScummVM
