For the Floppy and CD versions (where the CD version plays MIDI instead of CD tracks) ScummVM has issues with MT32 and General Midi. MT-32 plays but implementation is not complete and can sound "off", General MIDI only plays a couple of instruments. I have removed the GM option for now as a result.
For the Sound Blaster options the music is very quiet. I have increased it as far as the volume control will allow and its audible but needs more.
For the FMTowns and PC98 the music is also very quiet
