Picture Perfect Golf #107

It looks like Picture Perfect Golf is Win3x compatible along with three extra courses. I do think the extra courses are all stand alone though. In total there is:

Harbour Town (the base game) Coeur D'Alene Sugarloaf Prince

@SmilingSpectre has found various options on ebay that have various combinations of these and one that has all 4. They are all marked "Win95" on the front but Spectre has investigated through various means that all the below are also Win3x compatible.
