Chip's Challenge missing sounds #896

Not sure if it's just me but I went to play and noticed sound effects weren't working only music. Looked in the game folder and the sound files were missing so copied them over manually and seems to be working now.

Not confirmed, but still another sound issue exists.

@exoscoriae game has Tandy sound, and it's not activated. tandy=on in [speaker] section will do.
