no sync no money Expanse wallet #19

Maybe you can help me

I installed the Wallet from the official site http://www.expanse.tech, after installing the software, I notice that it does not synchronize with the blockchain from the launch it stays on: "Expanse node needs to sync, please wait, looking for peers.... I have checked well side firewall everything is ok

I click on lauch application after 62h ...

I see: Private-net 0pairs 47 years since the last block.

Except that the extra problem is that I have been sent EXPs on the address of Wallet!

How to synchronize correctly? I have disabled the antivirus and allowed in the fire still no synchronization 😞

Unable to ask for help on the official 404 response website when sending an email! I contacted the founders of Expanse on facebook I received no reply from them.

Do you have a solution for help me to recover my EXP ?

Hello thanks for the idea of synchronizing with the system clock but it does not work 😞

I found the solution, I saved the key to the Testnet account and then I switched to Main network. I then loaded the saved key directly into App date> Roaming> Expanse> Keystore.

I then turned off and then turned on the software! It works now.
