missing files #7

I think the files

calib_velo_to_cam.txt calib_cam_to_cam.txt tracklet_labels.xml calib_cam_to_cam.txt are probably in this site

The KITTI Vision Benchmark Suite - Cvlibs

but currently I cant open it. It may be website error, so I would be glad if you could add download link here
