Energy service demands on the top in "sectoral coverage" #55

In the chapter- sectoral coverage, the sub-chapter "energy service demands" is in the third position. It would be nice if we can shift it to the top-most position as it gives an overall view of the demands. Placing it as 1st position makes sense than at the 3rd position
