Changed Domain Magento 2 and site is not opening #7

I have changed my magento 2 domain, and after dns updated, when I visit the url I am redirected to http://www.xxxxxx.co.il/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I checked the core_config_data table and the domain is fine. I cleaned cache, reindex data and also deploy static content nothing helped still getting the same result

any suggestion?
