This PR extends #99 by using Norwegian words only in the resulting pdf. For example, the accepted values for language proficiency become ["Morsmål", "Flytende", "Middels", "Grunnleggende"]. This is done by overriding several fields of VitaeContent in NorwegianVitaeContent(VitaeContent) with Norwegian-specific values.

Somehow my GitHub account automatically dismisses 'stale reviews'. For simplicity I just opened another PR, #103 , with the same changes
