Enable Travis-CI

With #89 every Travis-CI stopped working. Those are the work to be done:

• [ ] Build OSX;
• [ ] Build MinGW;
• [X] Build option-enabled (#278);
• [x] Build option-disabled, addressed by #145;
• [X] Build Wayland (#278);
• [ ] Build defalt;
• [x] Activate Travis-CI at the repo (should follow #145 directives);
