@tmaldonado1821 @IanEisenberg has updated the experiment, and I've just merged the code into master. Would you mind testing again to see if the issue is resolved?
@vsoch, I looked at the task again and I still think there is an issue when looking at the output. I gave @IanEisenberg an example of the output file so hopefully we can see if there really is an issue or if I can't read an output file.
ok great! I hope @IanEisenberg can figure it out - I am graduated from Poldracklab and work for research computing and the school of medicine now, but I can step in to debug if you need me! :O)
I got this vanessa. I'll get to it asap On Tue, Feb 14, 2017 at 12:06 PM Vanessa Sochat notifications@github.com wrote:

@IanEisenberg do you want @tmaldonado1821 to test #504 ?
I am not sure if the .cvs file for the number letter task is displaying the right "correct responses". Many of the outputs I receive do not show a number difference between odd/even numbers or vowel/consonant. For instance, if we are looking at odd/even number differences, the stimuli M4 and C3 would both have a 90 in the correct response column. This issue seems to be random such that the issue does not look consistent across outputs. Is there an issue here, or am I not reading the output correctly? Thanks for the help!
