surveys: allow for combination when using expfactory command line tool #88

A researcher may want to deploy several at once, and export in one file.

for deployment of several in expfactory.org, this is done, simply add more than one to a battery

I'm going to resolve this by not having any significant difference between what is deployed - experiment, game, or survey.
