OpenRGB DRAM not configurable through iCUE #12

My RAM is detected and configurable through OpenRGB, and iCUE shows the same two sticks of RAM. (Yay!)

Unfortunately, in iCUE, neither stick is configurable and specifically has an empty device settings panel. Incant tell if this is expected behavior.
