@camillelamy, @mikewest, are there any more instructions I should give people for writing this section?

We have a set of Chrome Web Platform Security guidelines that is also publicly available. It might help feature teams with understanding things that have security impact (beyond the W3C questionnaire that should also be updated IMO).
