CPPFLAGS are ignored #338

Hi,
i have a similar environment than the one described at
https://code.google.com/p/gyp/issues/detail?id=123

(debian building v8, nodejs packages here).

CPPFLAGS are ignored by gyp.
i can work around that by doing
CXXFLAGS+=$(CPPFLAGS)
and it is needed to get the debian hardening flags taken into account.
