Toggle “related elements” within individual view #1003

Ability to toggle on/off related inputs/outputs within a given view, e.g. bars within a bar chart (currently off), or within a matrix view (currently on).

Dropping back to Proposed – the current design always shows related outputs with the same view, and adding in the ability to turn that off doesn’t seem to strongly motivated at the moment.
