Change colours on visualisation to suit different requirements #986

Related to #984, could Fluid visualisations have the possibility of changing colour schemes to better suit people with different kinds of colour-blind conditions and with differing needs? See https://colorbrewer2.org/ for example.

I think we could potentially do this by having some preset colour schemes and then “surfacing” (reifying) the specific choice of colour scheme into the UI so that the user can change it.
