Given our discussion, each domain should have its own Issue, its own program, its own output. For example, Trial Summary domain has dataset ts.xpt in the dev/output/sdtm folder, the program that creates the dataset is called ts.r and that file is in the dev/pgm folder, and, finally, the Issue is labelled Trial Summary domain in Github

After our discussion on how to perform the QC without the seeing scripts of others. I changed the scripts location to another directory.
