the buttons to run tests show up in playwright test file #12

this is an example playwright test file which gets generated anywhere after running pnpm create playwright image

The same thing can be said for jest test files, and jest buttons show up in vitest files. It would be great if both plugins could use the config to identify if the test is jest/vitest
