Sound not working on new cards #3

Just loaded new cards, to find that sound does not work at all.

Get a 'audio device not found' on any aplay of a wav file, and a fatal error from Sonic Pi saying 'can't load server'.

Chatted this through with gsholling at RPIFoundation, discovered that in overlaying my 'safe screen defaults' config.txt, this knocks out a required dtparam setting that enables audio in the device tree.

Will create a new config.txt and cmdline.txt based on the defaults from Raspbian Jessie 2016-02-26 and re test aplay and sonic pi, before copying to all 33 cards again.
