Description

Initial set of functionality for Wiki parsing (with language-specific adjustments for Wiki markup interpretation).

@richardpaulhudson Ready for final review. I decided to not alter the DDL (i.e. drop the currently unused properties_in_entities and entities.claims) in this PR, but I'll open a different one for this.
