Lock appearing as 14 single press buttons in HomeKit #48

I installed this integration and it is working fine in Home Assistant. However the locks appear as 14 single press buttons to configure in Home app on my iPhone. IMG_0733

Is there a setting for this integration or Home Assistant that I may be missing?

I am new to Home Assistant, so apologize of this is something basic.

I added another integration for home kit in accessory mode and that did the trick
