chore!: bump to SDK 50 #220

Why

Upgrade all packages to support Expo SDK 50.
Replaces https://github.com/expo/config-plugins/pull/211/
Add additional info about running webrtc which now needs a metro hack.
Rename detox app to detoxapp to prevent naming collisions.
Test against react-native@0.73.3 to fix cocoapods issues.
Update branch android gradle to match default template.

Will give this another pass tomorrow then merge/publish if nothing stands out.

Test Plan

Run all apps in apps on both ios and android.
Run all automated tests for plugins.
