Why

react-native-blob-util is required for react-native-pdf to work.

How

Both plugins are pretty simple, the PDF plugin introduces a dangerous mod to add packaging options to the app/build.gradle.

Test Plan

Added unit tests for each plugin.
Added a basic example to the test app which runs on iOS and android with the respective expo run commands.
