Summary

Shopify has discussed this, but I haven't seen a modern starter template.

Any existing examples?

There is this old starter from this blog post.

I started working on this but it was too annoying to reliably implement multi-target apps with xcode by cordova, so I started working on my own xcproj parser xcparse. It will take a while before I have time to finish it tho. After that, I'll add it to the config plugins spec and resume work on multi-target again.
