Cannot execute create-react-native-ap

Description

I'm trying to get started with react native, I followed the steps to generate myFirstApp using create-react-native-app.

Observed Behavior

when I executed here is what I get :

Hi! It looks like you have a corrupted npm installation. If you're able to install other npm packages, please post back and I'll reopen. If not, please try removing npm from your system and reinstalling.

Thank you for responding. I uninstall node , then I install it. I also upgrade npm version to 5.5.1. But when I run create-react-native-app AwesomeProject here is what I get :

I also remove create-react-native-app from ....\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules but I'm getting the same result.

Another important information is that I'm working behind a proxy, but I configure it to work normally, for instance I could run create-react-app and get started with it ....
