Currently, the instructions to set up Facebook app are outdated

This PR:

Updates the outdated instructions and updates Facebook app dashboard screenshots
Fixes links to Expo docs
Removes the outdated Expo Go example link since that example doesn't work anymore and is not supported with the latest app version

Will be updating the instructions in a future PR and adding a link to the guide from the docs.
