I tried to upgrade to version 6.0.8 but keep getting the message to upgrade #4605

Summary

I ran the expo start and i get this message:

There is a new version of expo-cli available (6.0.8).
You are currently using expo-cli 5.0.3
Install expo-cli globally using the package manager of your choice;
for example: npm install -g expo-cli to get the latest version

if i run nom install -g expo-cli

run expo-start and get the message

After some diging on stackoverflow i found something to remove the cli, so i've installed with npm i -g expo-cli and now i've v6.
