Error about Xcode not installed when it is actually installed. #4779

Summary

Xcode must be fully installed before you can continue. Continue to the App Store? (y/n) error appears whenever I try to run an iOS build. I have Xcode installed through the App Store on the computer.

Environment

Reproducible demo or steps to reproduce from a blank project

Create a blank Expo app and try to run an iOS project.

Fixed it! Opened Xcode Preferences, Locations and set the Command Line Tools to be Xcode 14.2
