Xcode must be fully installed before you can continue. Continue to the App Store? (y/n) error appears whenever I try to run an iOS build. I have Xcode installed through the App Store on the computer.

Fixed it! Opened Xcode Preferences, Locations and set the Command Line Tools to be Xcode 14.2
