[continuous-deploy-fingerprint] Support EXPO_STAGING env variable #309

Additional context

When testing with a staging app, noticed that the links posted in the PR comment are incorrect due to the app being in staging.

This will also require a fix on the website to get the preview part of the website fixed, but this fixes the comment.
