Broken Examples #270

I've been looking into the example on the readme and the provided folder. None of them can be built / run. It would be good if there was some decent examples that were kept up to date.

npx create-react-native-app -t with-three doesn't run for me. It shows a blank screen and occasionally renders a single frame (not a rotating cube as intended).

Can anyone link a working expo-three example?

Tested on: M2 MacBook Pro—Mac OS 13.3 (Ventura) iPhone SE (3rd Generation) Simulator—iOS 16.4
