Upgrade to Expo SDK 47 #360

Why

Expo SDK 47 was launched. This upgrades Snack to SDK 47 and drops support for SDK 44.

~~Whenever SDK 47 is launched, I'll update the dependencies and merge this PR.~~ Done!

What still needs to be done:

Release new snack-content and snack-sdk packages on npm
Update website to use SDK 47 by default
Update Appetize with the latest Expo Go versions for SDK 47
