[website] Update Readme.md file defaults #420

Why

Currently:

The Readme.md file doesn't mention Discord community
The docs link (even though redirect works) is outdated
The link to forums does not work: https://forums.expo.io/c/snack

How

This PR:

Adds a link to the Discord community
Updates the docs link
Fixes how we use "Expo CLI" as a term (we're now using expo-cli for deprecated global CLI)
Fixes the broken link to forums with https://forums.expo.dev/c/expo-dev-tools/61 as we guide developers to use dev tools section on forums now for any issues related to snack
