Update vendor to the latest release

Vendor changes from v7.1.0 to v9.1.0:

• Simplified and improved android font bundling.
• Unified and improved build system for svg based fonts.
• Icons are non-selectable on web too (aligned with native behaviour)
• Remove lodash dependency.
• Update FontAwesome 5 to 5.15.3
• Update MaterialCommunityIcons to 6.5.95
• Update SimpleLineIcons to 2.5.5
• Fix broken icons in Feather
• Android: Move to mavenCentral() as jcenter() is shutting down
• Breaking change: Drop support for react-native-web/react-native-desktop aliasing.
• Support for Gradle plugin 4.1+ when using gradle font script.
• Icon.TabBarItemIOS convenience component removed as it was removed from React Native core.
• Improved Xcode 12 compatibility.

@brentvatne Not sure if the alpha release part of contributing is meant for me to do or not, but let me know if there's anything else that might be required to merge this PR in.

One thing I noticed, is that the vercel preview doesn't seem like it reflects the changes, but not sure if that's just because I didn't update the version in package.json or not.

thanks @gclark-eightfold! this was a helpful starting point, i've followed up on it and finished the rest. thanks to your efforts this will ship in sdk 45 :)
