We are currently in the middle of a publisher migration, from byCedric to expo. This means that we need to deprecate the previous extension. Unfortunately, this is a manual action on Microsoft's side and may take some time to propagate fully.
Once this is done, the old extension receives the "migrate" button (described here).
What is changing?
The extension's name changes from byCedric.vscode-expo to expo.vscode-expo-tools. The new extension is already published, so make sure to update :)
