Feature request: add tinymce v5 #1485

TinyMCE has a new version with several changes which require some modifications to work, primarily with our 2 custom plugins (QuickAdd a graphic, and FieldInsert a fieldname into a form report template)

Added support for TinyMCE v5.2.1 in latest push. This is in addition to TInyMCE v4 and CKEditor v4 options

still issues in regards to file picker integration which has changed greatly

As a note, we've upgraded our 2 custom plugins HOWEVER the file browser integration has completely changed and still requires an entirely new approach to integrating elFinder.
