Bug: we're NOT pulling in the jqueryui stylesheets (themes?) #1501

We need to automatically pull in the jqueryui stylesheet when we load jqueryui. Probably need some method to select the jqueryui theme either within the exp theme or by user selection or both user configuration within the theme.
